Injuries resulting from employer-mandated vaccinations against COVID-19 would be covered by workers’ compensation under a bill a panel of Idaho lawmakers passed Tuesday.

Colorado workers’ compensation carrier Pinnacol Assurance announced that it is cutting rates and plans to distribute $40 million in dividend payments next year.
