Deanna Dotta, Alcohol and Substance Abuse Program Coordinator with San Diego Police Department Deanna is the Alcohol & Substance Abuse Program coordinator for San Diego Police Department. She specializes in working specifically with LE personnel who are battling PTSD, Alcohol Use Disorder and Substance Abuse. She is assigned to San Diego Police Department’s Nationally recognized Wellness Unit, (est.2011). SDPD has set the standard for building, and more importantly, sustaining a culture of wellness. She has been assigned full-time to the unit since 2014.
