Samuel Santos is an associate attorney in our Los Angeles office. He defends private self-insured employers and insurance carriers in all areas of workers’ compensation law. He has practiced exclusively in the field of workers’ compensation since 2015 and is experienced in all phases of workers’ compensation litigation. Santos earned his J.D. from Whittier Law School in 2014. While at WLS, Mr. Santos’ work experience included interning for the Honorable Cheri Pham at the Orange County Superior Court and working as a law clerk for a private defense firm defending public entities and law enforcement. While in law school he was a member of the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Honors Board and competed at the University of Buffalo criminal moot court competition.
