She leads the insurance team in the assessment of exposures and contracts to place the global insurance program. Melora is responsible for developing strategies and programs to assist restaurants with risk compliance and improvements in the M&A process. Keeping TCOR at its lowest year over year is always a priority, and despite recent COVID issues and inflation, Melora has been able to achieve that success.
