Coach and TCC®U Faculty — ACSM-CPT, CPMC, NBC-HWC Paul is a Take Courage Coaching® Certified Pain Management Coach and is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. His mission in life is to make a difference in the lives of people who are suffering. Since 2012, he has been coaching, training, and educating those who live with chronic pain and chronic disease. Paul has been involved in instructing TCCU classes since 2015 and is a coach mentor. In 2018 Paul developed an autoimmune condition that he was able to put into remission through several lifestyle changes. Paul loves spending time in the outdoors with his wife Kirsten, son Clay and two labs Osa and Win.
