Thu has been practicing workers’ compensation law for 10 plus years on both the defense and applicant side. Having represented both sides, she has a unique approach to ligation, and is able to understand each side’s perspective to maximize the best outcome for her clients. Her clients have nicknamed her the “closer” for her ability to resolve complex litigated claims. Prior to limiting her services to workers’ compensation, she also practiced in civil court statewide handling liability and subrogation matters. She has extensive experience representing employers of all sizes, including large corporations, mom and pop shops, municipalities, to uninsured employers. Her experiences have helped her develop a niche for handling complex claims, including high exposure claims, such as, life pension claims and traumatic brain injuries.
