Joseph Noel, PT has been a licensed Physical Therapist for over 25 years. Joe has worked primarily in the outpatient arena as a private practice owner and as a Senior Director for a national provider. Joe has successfully treated thousands of patients during that time. Joe has had a keen focus on work related injuries throughout his career and in 2011 went to work for TechHealth managing their PT pipeline and creating their utilization management program to closely monitor what his network providers were doing for TechHealth’s injured workers. In 2016 Joe founded Ion PT Network to offer a more complete management program for injured workers. Joe consults with other companies in the Workers’ Comp community and regularly delivers CEU’s to adjuster’s and case manager’s on common injuries seen in Workers’ Comp and how best to manage them from the perspective of a treating Physical Therapist.
