Lana Colby, RN, BSN, BA
Director of Nursing & Intake Operations Received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL, and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She also studied at the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science, London, UK. She is a PICC-certified, experienced professional nurse working in home infusion pharmacy/home health care since 2007. Joined CDRx Infusion, a division of Compounding Docs, Inc., in April 2020 as Director of Nursing and Intake Operations for the home infusion pharmacy. In her role, she is accountable for managing patients’ health status across the continuum of care, with a focus on home infusion therapies. Prior to joining CDRx Infusion, Lana was a founding member of an infusion pharmacy, working in several capacities including supervising pharmacy workflow operations, establishing policies and procedures, managing the accreditation and credentialing process, working with regulatory bodies/compliance, and executing marketing strategies. Her nursing career has been dedicated to creating high quality, reliable systems of care and developing the next generation of health care professionals to lead in these ever-changing times.
