Tasked with owning and executing the Company’s overall risk management strategy, including oversight of the risk and claims management department, developing and maintaining strong relationships with third-party vendors, development of management, and field reporting. Create an environment conducive to the overall reduction of risk and insurance costs. Manage, understand, and communicate the impact insurance and safety programs have on the actuarial analysis and impact on the company financials. Develop analytical frameworks for evaluating program results and opportunities. Execute and develop plans to reduce the company costs through strong communication and management design of company-wide risk programs. Provide strong leadership and decision making along with the management and development of staff.
