Ms. Torres is the Senior Director of Client Solutions for Workfinders USA, headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Natalie is an advocate for injured workers. She collaborates with brokers, carriers, employers and TPA’s to return injured workers to good health and meaningful work through strategical return-to-work initiatives. She directs program strategy for Permanently Restricted, Transitional/Modified Duty and LHWCA claims, conceptualizing and delivering claim resolution when return-to-work is impossible. Natalie supports a national client base spanning a broad industry spectrum engaging return-to- work with purpose. She joined Workfinders USA in 2015, holding key roles of Client Relationship Coordinator, Employment Analyst, and Research Associate. Before joining Workfinders USA, Natalie served guests at Milwaukee’s finest eateries for 17 years. She’s worked in the dish pit and directed the operation of multiple units lead by the intention of building relationships with customers for life. Natalie is a graduate of Marquette University and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
