Dr. Azeem is the founder and CEO of Florida Spine & Pain Specialists. He completed his medical internship at Medstar Harbor Hospital Center in Baltimore, Maryland followed by residency training at the Medstar Georgetown University Hospital Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program in Washington, D.C. where he served as the Chief Resident. Dr. Azeem then accepted a position as a Musculoskeletal Medicine Specialist at the Medstar National Rehabilitation Hospital Outpatient Center and held a faculty position with the Medstar Georgetown University/National Rehabilitation Hospital Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program. He eventually went on to complete the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Interventional Pain Fellowship at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
