Mark P. Rusin is managing partner of Rusin & Maciorowski, Ltd., an Illinois civil litigation defense firm with an emphasis on the defense of worker’s compensation cases. He has spoken on numerous Illinois Worker’s Compensation issues for employers, insurance companies and educational groups. For more than 25 years, Mark has defended employers in worker’s compensation matters throughout Illinois through all appellate levels including the Supreme Court of Illinois. He graduated with honors from the Chicago Kent College of Law and has a Martindale-Hubbell preeminent attorney rating. Mark resides in Wheaton, Illinois with his family where he is active in his local church and community.
