Mr. Rivera entered the field of Workers Compensation in 1989 as a claims examiner for State Compensation Insurance Fund. In 1992, Mr. Rivera joined Fremont Compensation Insurance Company as a claims examiner, and eventually worked in their Legal department as a Hearing Representative/Staff Counsel for Johnston and Auerbach .   In 1998 Mr. Rivera joined Tobin- Lucks, LLP  where he was made a Partner in 1992. Mr. Rivera practices out Tobin Lucks, LLP  Woodland Hills Office where he handles all phases of defense of Workers Compensation cases. Mr. Rivera is a Certified Specialist in Workers Compensation Law. In his free time, he enjoys sports, and has been a volunteer coach for numerous youth sports teams.
