Patrick Farber works with attorneys throughout California to create structured settlement annuities for physical and non-physical injury cases, personally placing over $2 billion in annuity premiums and U.S. Government notes. In 2013 after over 30 years with Ringler Associates, Pat joined two of his former Ringler broker partners at Atlas Settlement Group, a national structured settlement firm. Pat provides support and advice during all phases of settlement negotiations, court hearings, mediations, arbitrations and settlement conferences–all at no cost to the attorney or client. He creates structured annuities for physical injury cases including medical malpractice, personal injury, elder abuse, product liability, workers’ compensation and toxic torts as well as non-physical injury structures for employment and discrimination, mass tort, punitive damages and attorney fees. He also handles the construction and implementation of Special Needs Trusts, Pooled Trusts and Medicare Set-Asides.
