About Joseph Sousa
Joseph is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine, with a BA in History. He began his career within workers’ compensation in 2004 and has 19 years’ experience both in the private and public sector. As Program Manager for the City of San Diego, Joseph is responsible for managing and overseeing the City’s Workers’ Compensation Program. Joseph is also a board member for the Council of Self-Insured Public Agencies (COSIPA).
