Margaret Wagner Founder and CEO of California based Signature Networks PLUS. We were one of the first companies to develop and implement a Custom Medical Provider Network (MPN) in California. As we continued to grow we expanded our “Common Sense” approach and began building Networks with Intelligence™ on a national basis. Ms. Wagner has more than 30 years in the insurance industry and with experience covering the U.S. from coast to coast. Prior to forming and starting up Net-Work HCO, Margaret was the Executive Vice President of a national technology organization specializing in the workers’ compensation, electronic medical bills and notes submission in a HIPAA secure platform. She has also held Executive positions with Workers’ Compensation Managed Care, TPA, MGU, MGA, and PPO Organizations. She has served as one of the original members and Co-Chair of the Employers Fraud Task Force working closely with many local and national industry leaders to design and shape Anti-Fraud, Waste and Abuse strategies
