Mr. McKernan joined Murphy Beane McKernan in 2002. Mr. McKernan represents both employers and insurance carriers in Workers’ Compensation matters including pre-trial litigation at deposition, medical cross-examinations, at trial and in post- trial matters involving petitions for reconsideration. Further, Mr. McKernan represents employers in 132(a) and Serious and Willful matters at the Workers Compensation Appeals Board throughout the state.
