Claudia Rial, MBA – VP of Operations As VP of Operations, Rial is responsible for the operations and service delivery of MTI’s 24/7/365 Ancillary services and customer service centers. Since joining MTI in 2005, Rial has been instrumental in establishing company policies and operational workflows and has played a pivotal role in the development and support of the company’s systems and on-line technologies utilized to deliver MTI’s exceptional cost containment services. Under her guidance and oversight, her teams leverage operational metrics and industry guidelines to identify and implement market-leading operational efficiencies and cost savings for MTI’s customers. Rial has held management roles in the healthcare industry for over 17 years servicing both group health and workers’ compensation insurance carriers. Rial holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from St. Thomas University and an MBA with a specialization in Health Services Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
