Sean is the COO and the Managing Shareholder Attorney for PHG at the San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles offices. Working closely with the local Managing Attorneys for each office, Sean oversees and audits all case handling processes and procedures while ensuring that each and every client matters is handled with the highest standard of care – based on firm litigation strategies and client set goals. He is passionate about serving our clients and exceeding their expectations. Prior to his tenure at PHG Law’s Corporate San Diego office, Sean successfully started and grew the Inland Empire/Riverside offices of PHG Law. Sean continues to drive firm growth with a special focus on developing client relationships and executing strong defense strategies for case swift resolution. With over 15 years of experience defending Workers’ Compensation cases for Insurance companies, Third Party Administrators and Risk Managers, Sean is a skilled attorney mentor and engaging public speaker. His past speaking engagements include providing key practice points to an audience of claims adjusters, discussing risk management techniques to Employers and providing continuing education seminars to Attorneys peers. Most recently, Sean is the winner of the 2015 'Speaker of the Year' Award from Work Comp Central.
